Xtivia and Guardium to Provide Holistic Database Solutions

Enhances Data Security, Data Governance and Compliance for Fortune 500 and Mid-Market Customers Across the U.S.

Waltham, MA and Colorado Springs, CO – February 6, 2007 – Xtivia, a member of The Formula Group (NASDAQ: FORTY), a global IT solutions provider with annual revenues of $400 million, today announced an agreement with Guardium, the database security company, to offer Guardium’s appliance-based solution for database activity monitoring, security and auditing.

Guardium provides a single unified solution that both protects databases in real-time and automates the entire compliance auditing process, defending the integrity of enterprise data from external hackers and trusted insiders. Xtivia, whose clients include Fortune 500 organizations such as New York Life, Kraft Foods, Verizon, First American Flood, Mitsubishi International, and Albertson’s, as well as mid-market accounts, will re-sell, implement, and provide services for the Guardium solution.

Xtivia is one of the largest database integrators in North America and an Advanced IBM Business Partner. The company specializes in developing and optimizing business and e-commerce applications for IBM DB2 and Informix, Oracle, and Microsoft database environments. Xtivia also develops business intelligence (BI) and Web portal solutions based on IBM WebSphere, open source, and other application server technologies, while providing outsourced data management services via its Virtual-DBA offering.
